Last weekend, I went home and my best friend, Chase AmazeBaltz, met me there. We attended my mom’s wedding party, were on a boat, and enjoyed my hometown together.

Yeahhhhhh today is a good day!!!!!!! I didn’t sleep at all last night and I had to open for work and this was greeting me in it’s package after my mom told me Monday she went on eBay and got it for me after knowing how I had been saving for this, but also just trying to not spend money. Thankful to my parents who always were understanding of my love for video games!
I’M SO GLAD I WAITED YESSSSS. I can’t even. I’ve been using my old Nintedo DS Lite hand held for the past five years and haven’t upgraded until now. THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY IS ALL SO STRANGE TO ME I DON’T KNOW IF I CAN HANDLE IT. But I’m keeping my DS Lite so I can still play my Game Boy Advance games.
Pi has already sat on it and I haven’t even held or played it yet.

I drew this super quick, but this isn’t the only time this has happened to me and it’s not flattering. And I’m not saying all guys do this, but each time, it really does make me feel gross and sick.
Also, I can’t draw myself which is why I went with this quick doodle version instead of my usual style. Made the vomit that color because in that scene of my life, I had just eaten kimchi stew so. Yeah.
It’s Pi Day. So clearly it’s all about my cat, Pi.

So, I’ve been pretty busy lately, but here’s some music I’ve been listening to frequently on my song rotation. I’ve got a few projects going on all at once, so I’ll gradually share either some WIPs and finalized stuff at the end of the week hopefully. And I have some questions in my inbox that I’ve been meaning to answer, so I’ll get to those as well.
Wearing live butterflies as accessories is what I do. But then I throw my hands up when they’re playing my song and the butterflies fly away.
Hung out with a philosophical panda yesterday. He didn’t see things in just black and white which was pretty refreshing.
I’m officially a member of the American Museum of Natural History. Now I can go whenever and draw and have fun and hang out with taxidermied animals. And those dinosaur bones.
Exciting news! I’m published in the New York Times today in the Sunday Business section!
You can go pick up your copy of the paper today or read it online here! They contacted me Wednesday and needed it by Friday afternoon. And having a copy of it in my hands makes it so much more real!
